Fine Art Photography: Our Creative Vision

Salt Legacy Studios is the work of photographer Katelynn Parker with nearly a decade behind the camera, devoted to the belief that the beauty God writes into a family's story deserves to be remembered. After years of photographing families across the country, Katelynn has made her home in Havelock, North Carolina, where the studio now resides. The name Salt Legacy reflects the heart of the work: salt, for preservation  keeping moments forever; legacy, for what these portraits truly become — heirlooms. Her approach is unhurried and deeply personal. Sessions are never rushed, children are never forced, and the finest images are often the unposed ones — the laugh between poses, the small hand in yours.
