Access your portal
- Open your invitation: Use the portal link supplied by Salt Legacy Studios, or use Client Login when it is available on the website.
- Use your details: For the Salt Legacy Studios portal that uses email and an access code, enter the email associated with your booking and the code I provided.
- Check carefully: If access fails, look for spelling differences or extra spaces when copying the code.
- Ask for help: Contact me rather than creating a new booking to solve a login issue.
Explore your photographs
Give yourself a little uninterrupted time to look through the gallery. Notice expressions, connection, and small details rather than judging every photograph only by whether everyone is looking at the camera.
If your gallery includes heart icons, use them to mark photographs you love. Ask me what happens after selecting favorites; marking an image does not automatically mean you have placed a print order or completed a purchase.
Keep your photographs safely
- Download instructions: Follow the delivery instructions supplied with your gallery. Your booking determines which files are included.
- Backups: Once you receive your final files, save another copy somewhere separate from your main device.
- Print planning: Ask which files to use and what printing options are available before ordering a large print.
- Access dates: Check your delivery message for any selection or gallery-access deadlines. Do not assume online access lasts indefinitely.
Respect privacy
Keep your access code private and check before sharing a portal link with others. Sharing your own photographs with family is different from giving someone access to your whole client account.
